2008 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The "General Aviation Any-Certificate or Rating" Scholarship $1000.00

The Rio Colorado 99s General Any-Certificate or Rating Scholarship of $1000.00 can be used to complete any certificate or rating.

"General Aviation Any-Certificate or Rating" Applicant Criteria:

1. Must have completed solo flight by the scholarship application deadline

2. Must have passed the appropriate Written Exam

3. Must have current Medical Certificate appropriate to the certificate or rating. (Sport Pilots excluded from this requirement)

 The "Aviatrix Any-Certificate or Rating" Scholarship $1000.00

The Rio Colorado 99s Aviatrix Any-Certificate or Rating Scholarship of $1000.00 can be used to complete any certificate or rating.

"Aviatrix Any-Certificate or Rating" Applicant Criteria:

1. Must be female

    and two of the next three criteria

2. Must have completed solo flight by the scholarship application deadline

3. Must have passed the appropriate Written Exam

4. Must have current Medical Certificate appropriate to the certificate or rating (Sport Pilot excluded from this requirement)

The "Aviatrix Advanced Certificate/Rating Scholarship $1000.00

The Rio Colorado 99s Aviatrix Advanced Cert/Rating Scholarship of $1000.00 can be used to complete any certificate or rating beyond the Private Pilot Certificate.

"Aviatrix Advanced Cert/Rating" Applicant Criteria:

1. Must be female

2. Must have completed Private Pilot Certificate

3. Must have passed the appropriate Written Exam

4. Must have current Medical Certificate appropriate to the certificate or rating (Sport Pilot excluded from this requirement)
